Annascaul Culture Night

For Annascaul Culture Night 2016, the Jerome Connor Gallery at the South Pole Inn will be showing Film Footage of the Robert Emmet Re-dedication which happened in Washington in April 2016 with remarks by Anne Anderson, Irish Ambassador to Washington. Jerome Connors bronze Robert Emmet was the first representation of Emmet in a statue and four in total exist today, in  Washington,  San Francisco, Emmetsville and Dublin.

Films will be shown at 7.30pm, 8.30pm and 9.30pm. Screening time is 30 minutes.
